This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Supernax, operated by Supernax LLC (“Supernax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Overview

Supernax is a digital SaaS product. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (including Lemon Squeezy).

Unless a specific offer says otherwise, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid purchases and subscriptions when Supernax is not a fit for your workflow.

2. What is eligible

You may request a full refund if:

  • You purchased a paid plan (Hobby, Pro, or Lifetime) for the first time
  • You request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You contact us using the details below

Trial periods (for example a 7-day free trial) are free and do not require a refund request if you cancel before the paid period begins.

3. What is not eligible

Refunds may be declined when:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
  • The purchase is a renewal after a prior paid period (unless required by law)
  • There is clear abuse of the Services or of this refund policy
  • Local law does not require a refund and the purchase is outside the 30-day window

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

4. How to request a refund

Email supernax6@gmail.com with:

  • The email address used for your Supernax account
  • Your order or receipt ID (if available)
  • A short note that you would like a refund

We usually reply within one business day. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment provider.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund unless you also qualify under this policy.
