This Privacy Policy explains how Supernax (“Supernax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit supernax.com, use app.supernax.com, or otherwise interact with our AI video repair and related services (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. AI processing
Some features use machine learning / AI models (including third-party model providers) to analyze and transform Customer Content. When those features run:
- Relevant Customer Content (or derived representations such as frames or audio segments) may be sent to our infrastructure and/or subprocessors solely to perform the requested job
- Outputs (repaired or enhanced media and job status) are stored so you can access, download, or manage them in the Services
We do not use your Customer Content to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties, except where a subprocessors’ terms apply and you have been informed, or where you give a separate opt-in. You remain responsible for having the rights to upload and process Customer Content.
